Track 1: Child and Adult Behaviour

Behaviour of adult and childhood has emerged as a field of study called Behavioural science. It not only deals with the good behaviour but also with bad behaviour and disorders in adult and in children. It acts as a vast platform of open minded science to study the behaviour of human. Most commonly seen disorder in child is conduct disorder .child with this disorder can angered, annoyed or irritated. They have less self-esteem. They even have a tendency to run away from home. When behavioural disorder left untreated in childhood then it may travel to the adolescence period. Behavioural disorder is common in adults.it may be a long term or short term disorder which affects personal and professional life.

Track 2: Behavioural Disorders in Children

All the young children misbehave sometimes. But when it is not temporary and if it’s leading to a dangerous path for a child’s life then it should be noted. Children now days are seem to be more stressed and depressed than ever before. Since most of the behavioural disorders share common symptoms it is quite difficult for diagnosing. Behavioural disorder in children is now turning into mental illness. It is still unknown whether the cause is genetic or if it is linked to socialisation experiences. General social anxiety Disorder turns any pain and even a disappointment to a cognitive mental illness. Post-traumatic stress disorder is the most popular disorder in children. Low birth weight, premature birth, and difficulties in pregnancies may also leads to behavioural disorder in child’s future life. Even physical disability of a child may lead to his or her behavioural disorder.

Track 3: Early Childhood Down Syndrome

Children who have Down syndrome have small nasal cavities, which is harder for them to fight off colds. This in turn affects hearing which if left untreated, lead to problems with learning. Children with Down syndrome are lagging in their communication skills. They may get affected in various ways. There may get a problem with articulation or pronunciation. Children with Down syndrome may be a little late in walking. They may have defective orthopaedic function and mobility whereas it is not a general problem until and unless the child has multiple handicaps.  However muscle tone is often looser than other children and this can lead to difficulties with gait.

Track 4: Mental Maturity and Adult Behaviour

Maturity in psychology is defined by the ability of a person’s response given to the environment in an appropriate manner. A generalized neurodevelopment disorder in adult is intellectual disorder. This is commonly known as general learning disability and mental retardation. By just looking into a person we can say whether the person is physically matured or not. By seeing itself we can judge a person’s age. Determining a person’s mental maturity totally varies where we are not sure to say whether the person is mentally matured. Some people gain their mental maturity in early age while some people don’t even after reaching their adult hood. Few people are not mentally grown even after they reach their middle age due to various internal and external factors. Adults who are experiencing brain challenges can react more emotional than the other people of their age. Mood swings and irresponsibility attitudes are the results of their changes. This disorder makes the people, insecure, emotional and irrational.

Track 5: Navigation from Childhood to Adolescence

Adolescence is one of the most dramatic times of development and change in a child's life. A delicate transition between childhood and adolescence make mental health a top priority. People come over two cases here. One is that they will be having sexual reproductive maturity and other is attachment which is in extension level to their parents, teachers, and to their society. Children’s brain develops constantly, but new areas of development begin to grow really fast around the age of 12 years and they won't finish their development until the age of 23. Around the age of 15 to16, most of the teens use logic and reason at an adult level. But the part of brain which is responsible for planning and thinking about future requires development. This is why so many teens make poor and wrong decisions in alcohol use, sexual experimentation and drug use. Only during adolescence, children start to develop a sense that who they are and who they want to be in their life. There are many social changes in teens and the most substantial one is becoming independent from their parents. And the brain develops well in the age of 20.

Track 6: Psychopathology of Childhood and Adolescence

Psychopathology is defined as the study of mental disorder in children and adolescents. This is also termed as abnormal psych. Adult delusional-like experiences can be predicted from psychopathology of childhood and adolescent. The reason for child and adult psychology differs from case to case. Most of the mental illness cases were recognized by the beginning of age 14 and during the age of 24. Even though effective treatments are being given the disorder lasts to some decays. Various anxiety forms results in the impairment of children and adults. The risk factors of adolescent psychopathology include biological and psychosocial factors.

Track 7: Brain Structure Tied to Psychopathology

Human brain is a powerful tool which allows us to learn, see, remember, hear and understand. Brain controls the mental and behavioural processes which are very common in nature. According to a new analysis of 700 donated brains, it is known that psychiatric disorders such as depression, child autism, alcoholism, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia share a common molecular level. Psychological scientists have found that the size of brain correspond to human’s personalities. Personalities come in all kinds. For example, conscientious people tend to have a bigger lateral prefrontal cortex. Change in brain produces changes in the mental state since brain shapes the mind. We can observe this when people take drugs or suffer brain damage. The temporal lobe handles most of our memory function and frontal lobe handles most of our conscious planning. Pre-frontal cortex plays a major role in self-control and decision-making, it also plays a big role to in handling aggression.

Track 8: Patterns in Sleep and Awake

Irregular sleep practice is more common in adolescents. Sleepy days and restless night become a most dangerous habit which leads to the growth of dementia. The people who are practicing irregular sleep are mean to be affected with a syndrome called irregular sleep syndrome. Even though it doesn’t have any age risk but as age increases medical, psychological disorders and neurological disorders develops in its conditions. Irregular sleep and waking time is not a medical emergency but if you are exhibiting the early signs of sleep syndrome in a regular basis then it must be diagnosed. Protein deposition ion the brain causes severe health problems such as memory loss and thinking problem. These depositions are mostly seen in the people who have sleep patterns. This deposition can only be identified with the help of sophisticated brain imaging.

Track 9: Leadership and Behaviour Management

Leadership is the art of getting people who do those works what we want them to do. Leadership and organisational behaviour own a vast platform in the area of behavioural science. The domain of leadership has now become as worldwide management. Though management and leadership have various distinctions it travels along the same path when it is handled. As an initial perspective leadership should have ability, validity and clarity and must be environmental fit. Leadership is also based on the situation which is known as situational leadership. Best pattern of communication plays a major role in the leadership and behavioural management. Communication disorders are more common in children. Lack of communication in children makes them depressed which reflect in their behaviour.

Track 10: Challenging Behaviour- Family Lives

Behaviours with challenges make the people around to suffer a lot. This is also known as mental handicap. All of us have a moment when we lash out in anger by shouting, kicking or throwing objects. Parents feel unhappy because of their child behaviour and they are also unsure about tackling this situation. This confusion is common for all the parents worldwide. But those parents whose children are suffered by regular anger and depression stand iconic. It is much more important for them to seek advice and support as soon as possible. Common challenging behaviours among people are scratching others, head-butting, biting, spitting are. Learning disability is also a kind of challenging behaviour. Whenever challenging behaviour happens getting back off if possible makes the situation smooth.

Track 11: Therapies for Child Down Syndrome

People who suffer from Down syndrome are at greater risk of various health problems and conditions. Though Child Down syndrome is not curable early treatment can help many people to lead a happy life in adulthood. It is not a common single standard treatment. Treatment varies on each individual’s intellectual and physical needs. Occupational therapy and speech therapy helps in treating the children with Child Down syndrome. Cataracts, hearing problems, thyroid problems, and seizure disorders are some medical problems with those people who are affected with the Down syndrome. It is suggested to use a drug called Piracetam which improves the ability of brain to understand and learn. Special educators, speech therapist, physicians, occupational therapist and physical therapist are the people who treat Down syndrome.

Track 12: Schema Interpersonal Therapy

Treatment for personality disorder is called as schema interpersonal disorder. It is a very innovative and integrative therapy which is used to expand the traditional concepts on behaviour. It also deals with the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorder. This therapy is well suited for the patient with chronic disorder. The disorders include mood, anxiety, stress, somatoform, sexual and substance abuse disorder. Treatment outcome studies shows high successful rates but still there are people who are under the stage which is untreatable. Character wise problems can be treated effectively with the help of interpersonal therapy. Since these patients loose psychological flexibility they are also much responsible for the treatment. Schema interpersonal therapy can be a long term, intermediate and brief in its duration which is based on the patient’s in depth in the disorder.

Track 13: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Two major treatments for psychological problems have been emerged in the field of science. They are acceptance and commitment therapy. Acceptance and commitment therapy is the larger part of behavioural disorders. The combination of feelings of sadness, loss of interest in activities, fatigue disorders, and suicidal ideation are most commonly diagnosed with the major depressive disorder. This theory is unique in the way that it does not work on the assumption of healthy normality. It defines that the psychology of normal human is destructive. It also can create psychological suffering for all around people sooner or later.to guide patients it follows six core processes. They are acceptance, being present, cognitive diffusion, self as context, committed action and values. Acceptance and commitment theory has proved as an effective treatment for many psychological disorders such as eating disorder and social anxiety.

Researchers are inventing and adopting new technologies to handle neuroscience in better manner and billions of dollars have been invested around the globe. A recent studies shows that psychopathology factors are associated with white matter patters in the brain. Diagnosing the patterns researchers have found that people with those patterns are affected with mental illness. Brain dis connectivity is noted in children those who are affected by mental illness. Present inventions have found that those who are not treated with mental illness are affected badly in future by psychiatric diseases. Antisocial behaviour, schizophrenia, conduct disorder were observed specifically by cognitive associations. Scores of psychopathology in various dimensions have been analysed with the help of independent component analysis only for the prevention of mental illness.
